Martin L. Brackett Jr. participated in the keynote panel at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2016 White Collar Crime Program, "The Evolving Trends of White Collar Criminal Law in North Carolina." The panel address, "From Typewriters and Fax Machines to Digital Discovery: The Technology Isn't the Only Thing That Evolves," featured Brackett and seven other attorneys. 

During this session, some of the recognized "Deans" of the North Carolina criminal defense bar shared their historical perspectives on a variety of issues, including significant changes and concerns, as well as a forecast for the future.
