Tommy Holderness and John Forneris led a CLE webinar titled "Best Practices for Individual Trustees." The program covered areas of particular difficulty for individual trustees, as well as tips for avoiding disputes with beneficiaries. There was a discussion of how to be prepared for litigation, should that occur. Attendees earned 1 hour of CLE credit.
