- Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Issues Related to LLCs and Their Members
- Derivative Actions Under the LLC Act
David Schilli presented a discussion of creditors’ rights issues unique to LLCs, including issues arising when the LLC or an LLC’s member is the debtor, and application of state law remedies in the LLC context.
