Robinson Bradshaw Included Among Charlotte’s Leading Corporate Law Firms by Corporate Board Member Magazine

Robinson Bradshaw, one of North Carolina’s leading corporate and commercial law firms, has been ranked as one of Charlotte’s leading corporate law firms in 2012 by Corporate Board Member magazine.

To compile the rankings, Corporate Board Member surveyed general counsels and members of boards of directors to select the law firms they would be most likely to retain to handle a variety of corporate matters. Three firms were selected for each location included in the rankings, and Charlotte was the only North Carolina city included among the 25 national metropolitan areas for which votes were submitted.

Corporate Board Member provides CEOs, CFOs, general counsels and directors of publicly traded corporations, large private companies and Global 1000 firms with information on topics such as shareholder activism, director risk, corporate governance and strategic opportunities for growth.
