John Carmichael Quoted in Charlotte Business Journal on Rezoning Project

John Carmichael spoke at a recent Charlotte City Council meeting regarding a rezoning petition for a proposed 15-acre development project in west Charlotte. He represents Griffith Equities LLC, the project developer.

The meeting was covered by the Charlotte Business Journal, which featured Carmichael in an article about the development. He discussed needed transactions with Mecklenburg County, the proposed greenway extension and the future of existing housing stock in the requested rezoning area.
