Robinson Bradshaw Advises Shurtape Technologies in Acquisition Transaction

Robinson Bradshaw advised Shurtape Technologies, LLC in its recent acquisition of Syntac Coated Products, LLC, a designer and manufacturer of high performance industrial adhesive and tape products for automotive, medical, construction, graphic arts, sound control and product assembly applications. Shurtape Technologies will operate the acquired business as Shurtape Specialty Coating, LLC.
