Robinson Bradshaw Represents CommScope in Airvana Acquisition

Robinson Bradshaw recently represented CommScope Holdings Co. Inc. in the purchase of the business of Airvana LP. Airvana, a privately held company based in Massachusetts, makes equipment to extend cell phone service indoors and will be rolled into CommScope's wireless segment.
