Anatoly Solo is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate finance, health care joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. He has experience representing public and private companies and medical practices in sales, mergers and acquisitions, the formation of health care and other joint business ventures, long-term commercial lease agreements and other corporate transactions with a health care regulatory component.

Anatoly also represents public and private company borrowers in syndicated loan transactions and has experience in representing business development companies, small business investment companies, and other mezzanine lenders and investors.

Anatoly is fluent in Russian.
