Charles Bowyer is a transactional lawyer with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public finance, cybersecurity and privacy, and general corporate law. He represents both small and large companies in acquisitions and dispositions, and has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements including organizational and governance documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related documentation. Charles also has experience counseling clients on privacy law and cybersecurity matters, including assisting clients with their efforts to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), among other rules and regulations.
