Everett Bowman focuses his practice in the antitrust area and in complex commercial litigation. He has represented companies in antitrust class actions in various industries, including building products, vitamins, insurance products and name brand prescription drugs. Everett has also represented companies in a wide variety of nonclass antitrust litigation, including litigation concerning distributorship and dealership controversies and litigation concerning monopolization, customer allocation, price fixing and unfair trade practice claims. Much of his antitrust practice involves advising businesses about the distribution and pricing of products and about antitrust compliance programs. Everett regularly advises hospitals about antitrust matters. Additionally, he is routinely involved in representing clients with respect to Federal Trade Commission and Antitrust Division merger investigations and other antitrust investigations conducted by federal and North Carolina antitrust agencies.

Everett has lectured on antitrust issues before the North Carolina Bar’s Health Care Law Section and Antitrust and Trade Regulation Law Section.
