Profile

Martin Brackett's practice includes a broad range of litigation matters involving government and internal investigations and catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

He is frequently involved in the representation of clients in federal grand jury and other governmental investigations, including investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the criminal section of the Environmental Protection Agency and other regulatory agencies. He has assisted publicly traded companies in conducting internal investigations into accounting and other financial irregularities.

Martin has served as lead counsel in numerous court actions on behalf of the families of wrongful death victims and for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. He is experienced in the investigation and prosecution of claims for the negligent operation of aircraft and motor vehicles, including tractor trailers.

He is a certified Superior Court mediator and is a frequent lecturer to various bar and judicial organizations on litigation-related topics.
