Dianne Chipps Bailey led an on-demand webinar, "Women's Leadership in Philanthropy," as part of the Nonprofit Insights and Strategic Solutions webinar series hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and U.S. Trust.
In her session, Bailey discussed emerging trends in women's philanthropic leadership. The conversation drew on research from the Women's Philanthropy Institute and the most recent U.S. Trust Study of High Net Worth Philanthropy, as well as Bailey's experience advising a diverse portfolio of clients at Robinson Bradshaw, including corporate and family foundations, professional athletes, community foundations, donor-advised fund holders and venture philanthropists. Topics included:

- Increasing emphasis on creativity and flexibility
- Strategically investing in women and girls
- Serving nonprofits sacrificially and with savvy
