Robinson Bradshaw Expands Health Care Practice with Addition of Mindy Fox Staley

Health care attorney Mindy Fox Staley joins Robinson Bradshaw Oct. 2, bringing with her a wealth of health care regulatory and in-house counsel experience.
Staley spent the past 15 years as in-house counsel at Novant Health, most recently as vice president and senior assistant general counsel. Her regulatory experience includes physician contracting and related fraud and abuse issues. Staley is also well-versed in HIPAA, executive compensation and employee benefits, general tax exemption, corporate governance and restructuring, employment law and general contract matters.

Staley’s early career experience includes working in tax at Deloitte and working in private practice with a focus on regulatory health care law. She earned her law degree from Western Michigan University, her Master of Laws degree from New York University and her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
