Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Mark A. Hiller and Richard C. Worf will present at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2026 Insurance Law Section Program, "Emerging Issues in Insurance Law Practice."

The program will feature presentations on the burgeoning influence of artificial intelligence on the insurance industry and the practice of insurance law, as well as the broader impact and repercussions of the recent North State Deli opinion from the Supreme Court of North Carolina. The program will also review effective collaboration between in-house and outside counsel, cyber loss and liability risks with regard to data privacy obligations, and considerations when litigating bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practices claims.
