Law360 Covers Robinson Bradshaw's Win for Facebook

Robinson Bradshaw secured a favorable ruling on behalf of its client Facebook in a race discrimination lawsuit against the social media giant. A North Carolina federal judge granted Facebook summary judgment, saying the plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of discrimination and that the plaintiff failed to show that Facebook's reason for promoting a co-worker and not plaintiff was a pretext for race discrimination.

Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Charles Johnson, Angelique Vincent-Hamacher and Amanda Pickens Nitto represented Facebook.
