Robinson Bradshaw Represents Raycom in $3.65 Billion Merger
Robinson Bradshaw represented Raycom Media Inc., one of the nation's largest privately owned media companies, in its acquisition by Gray Television Inc. The transaction is valued at $3.65 billion and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018. The merger will make Gray the third largest television broadcast group in the United States with 142 full-power television stations serving 92 markets.
