Antitrust and Trade Regulation

Robinson Bradshaw maintains one of the leading antitrust and competition practices in the Southeast, representing clients in every area of antitrust law, from criminal and civil investigations conducted by federal and state agencies to large-scale antitrust class action matters involving price-fixing and monopolization claims. We represent clients in multiple national antitrust class actions and also routinely counsel clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and government investigations into such transactions.

In addition to solving antitrust issues once they arise, our lawyers are actively involved in minimizing antitrust risks by counseling clients regarding marketing and distribution agreements, pricing policies and other trade practices, and conducting antitrust compliance training for our clients. We also counsel clients on issues that arise at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property laws, such as the drafting of and compliance with policies for the disclosure of intellectual property in standard-setting bodies.
