Mindy Fox Staley is a trusted adviser in the corporate health care space. With 15 years as in-house counsel at a major health care system, she serves as an invaluable resource to clients navigating the complexities of today's health care landscape. Mindy has a wealth of regulatory experience, particularly in physician contracting and related fraud and abuse issues including Stark, Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty Act matters. Her experience also includes HIPAA, executive compensation and employee benefits, general tax exemption, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, reductions in force, employment law, labor relations and general contract negotiation.

Early in her career, Mindy worked in tax at Deloitte and in regulatory law at a private practice.
