David Schilli Quoted on ITT Tech Bankruptcy Litigation

David Schilli was quoted on GoodCall.com, a source for news on higher education, regarding the bankruptcy lawsuits pending against ITT Technical Institute. Among other things, Schilli commented on a federal judge’s decision to grant the school trustee’s request to halt lawsuits filed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
