Robinson Bradshaw Named Nation’s No. 2 Best Midsize Law Firm to Work For

Vault Law named Robinson Bradshaw the No. 2 Best Midsize Law Firm to Work For in its 2024 national rankings. Vault lauded the firm’s collegial culture, strong work-life balance, straightforward path to partnership, and commitments to pro bono work and diversity, equity and inclusion. Vault noted “partners and associates have very close working relationships,” leading associates to “feel valued and respected.”

Vault ranked Robinson Bradshaw first in the nation for career outlook, pro bono and associate satisfaction. The firm was second in rankings for associate/partner relations, firm culture and selectivity, and third for quality of work.

Vault Law surveys thousands of law firm associates on a range of workplace criteria to determine its annual rankings.
