Elizabeth Poole earned her law degree with highest honors and as valedictorian from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was comments editor of the North Carolina Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. Elizabeth received her bachelor's degree with highest distinction in public relations with a minor in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
