Bankruptcy Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a litigation associate with approximately two years of experience focused on creditors’ rights, insolvency and bankruptcy. Experience preferably would include a bankruptcy court clerkship. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Corporate Finance Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with three to six years of commercial lending experience in a variety of private credit, syndicated loan and other leveraged finance transactions. Experience working on middle market private-equity-backed leveraged finance transactions helpful. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
M&A Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with four to six years of transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions and similar transactional matters. Preferred candidates would have experience in preparing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and transactional documents. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Real Estate Associate: Robinson Bradshaw is seeking a real estate associate for its Charlotte office. The firm has a comprehensive real estate practice, serving clients in commercial transactions across the Carolinas and throughout the country. Preferred candidates would have two to five years in real estate practice, with significant development, leasing and financing experience. All candidates should have the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of purchase and sale agreements, leases, real estate financing documents and title and survey review.
