Client Satisfaction Survey Results

When Robinson Bradshaw hired Altman Weil to conduct a client satisfaction survey, the results drew ratings and comments that Altman Weil said were as positive as they ever see. Below are findings and testimonials from some of the nearly 190 client respondents, ranging from Fortune 25 companies to startup businesses.

KEY FINDINGS

• Robinson Bradshaw’s clients are overall extremely satisfied with the firm, rating it an average of 9.3 out of 10. More than half of the respondents gave the firm a perfect 10, with one even commenting, “If you had a higher scale, I would go beyond a 10.”
• Clients overwhelmingly said they receive higher value from Robinson Bradshaw than they receive from other law firms.
• The vast majority of respondents have recommended Robinson Bradshaw to others when given the opportunity, and respondents gave an average rating of 9.6 out of 10 when asked how likely they are to recommend the firm in the future.
