Legal Checkup for Nonprofits

The ACC Charlotte Chapter hosted an event sponsored by Robinson Bradshaw that connected attorneys with 10 North Carolina nonprofit organizations to provide a free legal checkup, focusing on corporate governance and tax and regulatory compliance issues. Robinson Bradshaw attorney Dianne Chipps Bailey kicked off the event with a CLE.
