Indemnities: Drafter Meet Trial Lawyer

Ted Hennessey will participate in a panel discussion for a webinar hosted by the Complex Commercial Litigation Institute. Hennessey and three other attorneys will address issues encountered in drafting and litigating indemnity provisions. The panel will discuss gaps that sometimes exist between the intent and effect of indemnity provisions and suggest ways to bring the intent and performance of the indemnity provision into closer alignment.
