Ethical Issues for Corporate and In-House Attorneys

Kate Gordon Maynard and Mark Merritt served as panelists for the 2019 Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics, hosted by the University of North Carolina School of Law and the Mecklenburg County Bar. Throughout the half-day CLE, the panel of attorneys and scholars covered ethical topics like issues for corporate and in-house attorneys, issues in the representation of closely held companies, interjurisdictional issues and compliance.
