Damages in Employment Law Cases

Julian Wright co-presented a session at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2020 Fundamentals of Employment Law program. Attendees received an introduction to the common law and statutory damages available in employment claims, including discussions on required proof of damages, mitigation of damages and defenses.
