- 4 p.m. – The Internet and Cybercrime for Lawyers CLE: Allen O’Rourke taught key concepts of internet technology and cybersecurity so that attorneys without a computer science background can understand and communicate effectively about legal issues related to cyberattacks. Drawing upon a recent cyberattack he helped a client overcome, Allen also explained how to handle cybersecurity incidents and conduct applicable legal analysis. Lawyers left with practical takeaways designed to help organizations meet obligations and reduce legal risk in the event of a cybersecurity incident.
