Managing the Project Workforce: No Tengo Documentos and Ban the Box

Ted Hennessey presented at the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Law annual meeting. His session focused on recent legal developments that increase scrutiny of employers' policies on criminal background checks, suggested strategies for addressing these new constraints, and discussed the impact of recent immigration policies and increased control on visa rules on the construction labor force and project costs across the board.
