Behavioral Health Virtual Roundtable Series: Deeper Dive on Employment and Labor

Participants were invited to grab a cup of coffee and join Robinson Bradshaw attorneys for an interactive virtual roundtable to discuss COVID-19-related challenges and solutions specific to behavioral health providers in the Carolinas. The discussion took a deeper dive into relevant employment and labor topics, such as:

• Returning to the workplace after COVID-19.
• Employee leaves and absences.
• Workforce management considerations including layoffs, furloughs and unemployment.
