Legal Issues and Strategy to Navigate Cyberattacks

Allen O'Rourke presented at an American Health Law Association webinar event about the role of legal counsel during and after a cyberattack. O'Rourke and his co-presenter examined key legal issues and strategy to help manage legal risk and comply with obligations arising from a data security incident. In the process, they drew on their own experience helping organizations to navigate cyberattacks to share practical lessons and legal insights in a meaningful context.
