In this in-house CLE, Jennifer Hutchens and Kelly Koeninger reviewed recent updates to the federal anti-kickback statute and Stark law, focusing primarily on the new value-based care safe harbors and exceptions. The presentation identified potential trends in innovation in the market as a result of these new safe harbors and exceptions. It also identified potential pitfalls and practice points for in-house lawyers in applying the updated law.
