NC Chamber Environmental Compliance Conference 2022

Robinson Bradshaw was the presenting sponsor for the NC Chamber's Environmental Compliance Conference, and Environmental Practice Group Co-Chairs Sean Sullivan and Emily Sherlock both participated. Sean moderated an update on environmental justice. Emily moderated a conversation with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality following the keynote, as well as a session on the state of waste management.

This event was targeted toward professionals who manage the environmental and safety compliance matters for their organization, focusing on regulations and how to ensure compliance. The basis of an effective Environment, Health and Safety program remains the strength of its management system and how thoroughly it is integrated into business practices. The NC Chamber, NC Department of Environmental Quality officials and industry experts, including Robinson Bradshaw attorneys, discussed pressing regulatory issues, legislation and policy decisions impacting the air, water, waste and natural resource arenas.
