Robinson Bradshaw represented Foundation Consumer Healthcare in its purchase of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries’ portfolio of emergency contraceptive brands for $675 million. The sale was part of a larger $1.4 billion transaction that will divest Teva of its global women’s health assets. Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Mark O. Henry and Kelsey E. Hendrickson represented FCH in the acquisition.
