March 30, 2021

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Robinson Bradshaw is highlighting women from the firm throughout March. Meet business development coordinator Stephanie Przezdecki.

Describe what you do at Robinson Bradshaw.

I am involved in the marketing, communication, business development and event planning efforts on behalf of the firm. Essentially, I help our attorneys engage with their clients and promote our firm’s services.

What do you most enjoy about your job?

The people. I’ve never met a more hardworking and supportive group.

What advice do you have for other women in the workplace?

When you have a seat at the table, speak up.

Who is a historical female figure you admire, and why?

Kamala Harris, for showing little girls that whatever they dream of achieving is possible.

What is one lesson you’ve learned during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Don’t let the dishes pile up! On a more serious note, I’ve learned that small gestures have a big impact on well-being. A phone call to ask how someone is doing, an Insomnia Cookies delivery just because, or an outdoor visit on a sunny afternoon can really make someone’s day.

Tell us a little-known fact about yourself.

I almost convinced my husband to legally drop the first (and silent) “z” in our last name.
