    • Lawyers and businesspeople alike harbor misconceptions about the lawyer-client privilege and the work-product doctrine. Matt and William will expose 10 of the most common misconceptions and the risks they cause. They'll offer practical tips for avoiding these risks and protecting your company.

  • 9:45 a.m. - GC Roundtable moderated by Jonathan Krisko & Kelly Loving
  • 11 a.m. - DEI Under Attack: Handling Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Issues in the Workplace in the ‘Anti-Woke’ Era CLE presented by Stephen Cox & Caleb Holloway
    • The program will survey the growth of anti-discrimination and DEI policies, the surge of DEI efforts in the wake of the killing of George Floyd and recent case law and regulatory guidance that are now checking that surge. Stephen and Angie will focus, in particular, on efforts by the Trump Administration and others to curb or eradicate DEI programs administered by private employers.
