Drawing upon a recent cyberattack he helped a client overcome, Allen also explained how to handle cybersecurity incidents and conduct applicable legal analysis. Lawyers left with practical takeaways designed to help organizations meet obligations and reduce legal risk in the event of a cybersecurity incident.
