We are delighted to invite you to our Charlotte office for an engaging, informative afternoon of programming and discussion with fellow corporate and in-house counsel and Robinson Bradshaw attorneys.

  • 1:30 p.m.  //  Registration and barista service in our reception lobby.
  • 2 p.m.  //  "Highlights of the Ongoing U.S. Supreme Court Term" CLE presented by Mark Hiller and Erik Zimmerman. The U.S. Supreme Court is considering a docket laden with controversial and consequential cases, including disputes with high stakes for the business community and important questions of constitutional law. Drawing on their experience as former U.S. Supreme Court clerks, Mark and Erik will share their thoughts on several cases from the current term, including lessons about successful strategies for both appellate and non-appellate litigation.
  • 3:15 p.m.  //  Corporate Counsel Roundtable moderated by Managing Partner Stephen Cox.

Following the roundtable discussion, we will enjoy an evening of good food and great conversation at the nearby Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel.
