Greg Skidmore Quoted on Antitrust Matter in Business Journal
Robinson Bradshaw antitrust and litigation attorney Greg Skidmore weighed in on the recent news that IBM's proposed acquisition of Raleigh-based Red Hat had received antitrust clearance from the Department of Justice. In a Triangle Business Journal article, Skidmore noted that the transaction still must be approved by the European Commission, which recently has been focused on technology and privacy issues.
