Anna Claire Tucker counsels clients involved in breach of contract actions, employment disputes, appeals and other complex commercial litigation. She has experience assisting clients in various forums, including federal, state and administrative courts.
Anna Claire’s practice also extends to pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation. She advises companies and executives on a wide range of employment issues, including state employment law compliance, terminations, reductions in force, severance agreements and other day-to-day employment challenges.

Complex Commercial Litigation
- Represents owners of an international pharmaceutical company in a commercial dispute involving breach of contract, alter ego and fraudulent conveyance allegations involving hundreds of millions in alleged damages.
- Defends an industrial real estate developer against construction-related claims involving allegations of negligence, nuisance and violations of state law.
- Advises a national perimeter security provider on the recovery of personal property in disputes throughout the country.
- Represented a large health insurance company in bid protest litigation involving a third-party administrative services contract.
- Represented sellers of an industrial lubricant company in a suit involving claims of fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Assists a leading outpatient medical imaging provider in various contractual disputes involving information technology services.
- Represents commercial landlords in actions to reclaim possession and recover damages from defaulting tenants.
Employment & Labor
- Regularly assists employers in conducting internal investigations related to alleged complaints of race, age, gender discrimination and/or retaliation.
- Routinely represents public and private employers in administrative agency proceedings and litigation involving discrimination, retaliation and other employment claims.
- Secured a favorable settlement on behalf of a Fortune 100 social media employer in a case alleging race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
- Successfully defended a fast-food restaurant chain against claims of sexual harassment and gender discrimination brought by the EEOC.
