As Robinson Bradshaw's director of human resources, Chris Waldrop leads the firm’s people strategy and guides efforts to attract, retain and develop the firm’s professional staff. He oversees all facets of human resources, including compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, professional staff development and workforce planning.
