Overview
Edward Ferguson is a litigator with experience in complex commercial disputes, appellate litigation, and administrative law and regulatory challenges. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country — including as amicus before the Supreme Court — and in administrative tribunals. Edward advises clients through all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation and appeals.
Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Edward was an attorney at Gibson Dunn in Washington, D.C. He is not yet admitted to practice in North Carolina.
