Overview

Katrina Hauprich is a corporate attorney whose practice includes a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor, and general corporate law. She regularly represents public and private companies and private equity investors in mergers and acquisitions and dispositions in both auction and non-auction settings. Katrina also enjoys advising local entrepreneurs through the pro bono CLIMB program.

Prior to law school, Katrina earned her master’s degree in higher education and worked in admissions, alumni relations, fundraising and student affairs at multiple public and private universities.
