Overview
Ward McKeithen's 50-year career in civil ligation has included extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts spanning a wide range of cases. He has served as lead trial counsel in both the successful prosecution and defense of major antitrust and class action securities lawsuits, and he has led trial teams and negotiated settlements of countless commercial and business disputes. Ward also has significant experience in mediation and dispute resolution.
