Zach Lankford is a corporate lawyer who advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and general corporate matters. He represents financial sponsors and public and private companies in strategic transactions across a wide range of industries, including IT and software, consumer products and retail, construction, financial institutions, and industrials.
Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Zach practiced in the corporate groups of McGuireWoods LLP in Charlotte and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles.
