Overview
Toni Sargent is a paralegal experienced in tax and estate, with a background in litigation support. Her experience includes drafting probate inventories, fiduciary accountings and trust administration documentation for court filings. Toni also has experience preparing federal estate and gift tax filings, as well as conducting financial and forensic accountings, and managing complex estate assets.
Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Toni was a litigation paralegal at McIntyre Elder Law in Charlotte.
