• Manages real estate acquisitions and dispositions from letter of intent through closing, including coordination of due diligence, contracts and title matters.
• Represented a major franchisee of a national instant oil change operator in ground-up site development across the country, handled ground lease drafting and negotiation, coordinated title and survey diligence, and supported lease execution.
• Served as outside counsel to a national automotive service brand, assisted in-house counsel with the preparation and review of real estate purchase and sale agreements and ground leases, and conducted title and survey review for site acquisitions and development.
• Represented home builder developers in the acquisition of land, including conducting due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements, and coordinating title and closing matters.
