Adair Woronoff is a corporate paralegal with experience in many areas of general business and corporate law. Her experience includes the formation of business entities, corporate governance matters, uniform commercial code and tax filings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Adair also has assisted in a variety of lending transactions. 

Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Adair was a senior paralegal in the Office of General Counsel of Atrium Health (formerly Carolinas HealthCare System).
