Profile
Alex Krause represents public and private companies across many industries in complex mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio investments by private equity funds. He has represented issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities and advised companies on a range of corporate governance and SEC compliance matters.
Alex’s experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate governance and transaction documents, including purchase agreements and related documentation, organizational documents, board charters, prospectuses, underwriting agreements and periodic reports.
Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Alex was an attorney at Alston & Bird in Atlanta. He is not yet admitted to practice in North Carolina.
