Brandon LaRose is a corporate attorney representing clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He represents privately held companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in corporate transactions. Brandon also represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions.
